Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@asknik.gr to initiate a return. As our store operates online and does not maintain a physical warehouse, we will provide the return address and further instructions by email.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and consumer-protection reasons, returns cannot be accepted for the categories below once opened or used:

Baby & children’s products that come into direct contact with the body (e.g., pacifiers, bottles, feeding sets, seats)

Headphones of any kind (in-ear, over-ear, wireless earbuds)

Products offered as part of promotional campaigns or at a discount
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
