Frequently asked questions
Which surfaces can it print on?
Paper, cardboard, packaging, pipes, cables, glass, metal, plastic and wood.
Can I print Greek or other non-menu languages?
The menu offers 28 languages but has no Greek keyboard. For Greek text, create it as an image on your computer, load it from a USB stick and it prints normally. Logos work the same way.
Is an ink cartridge included?
It depends on the option: you can buy the device only, or the device with 1, 2 or 3 cartridges. Replacement cartridges are also sold separately.
Do I need an ink subscription?
No. You only buy a cartridge when you need one.
What battery does it use?
A removable rechargeable lithium battery that is easy to swap.
Is the print water-resistant?
Yes. The quick-drying ink dries fast and has good water resistance.
