Does it cut frozen meat?
No, fresh meat only. It does not cut cold cuts either.
How do I change the thickness?
With the switch on the handle, as the photos show: 17 blades for 2 mm, 9 blades for 4 mm.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The supplier states the parts are dishwasher safe. Wash the tool straight after raw meat and store it separately from other food.
Is it safe for my hands?
The blades are sharp. Use the stand, keep it away from children and clean it with the brush.
