- Fold the excess bag inwards.

How does it open?
Bring your hand over the sensor on the lid and the bin opens by itself. It closes automatically after a few seconds.
Does it open by itself for no reason?
The sensor reacts to movement close to the lid. Place the bin so it isn’t right next to a door or a spot you pass all the time, so it doesn’t open unnecessarily.
What bags does it need?
Ordinary small bin bags. They’re held under the inner ring, so you don’t need special bags.
Does water get into the sensor when I clean it?
Clean it with a damp, well-wrung cloth. Don’t rinse it or submerge it in water, to protect the sensor and the electronics.
Is it suitable for the kitchen?
Yes, for small amounts of waste or as a second bin next to the counter. Because of its slim shape it’s best suited to bathrooms and small spaces.
